Private Equity and M&A advisory

The strength of our Private Equity team lies in its strong networking relationship with large global equity investors. We leverage on our strong relationship with equity funds keen on investing in high-growth Indian companies. We understand and develop an investment rationale for investors to maximise value for themselves as well as the invested companies. We help companies prepare information packages that best present their business cases to investors. We then assist these private and public companies throughout the entire process of term-sheet negotiations, due diligence and deal closure.


We work with companies who are looking to grow domestically and internationally or are looking to exit certain businesses. We focus unrelentingly on achieving maximum shareholder value in M&A transactions coupled with speed of execution of transaction.
